Connect your phone to the router’s Wi-Fi to access its admin panel.
By factory default, there is no Wi-Fi password. The default Wi-Fi SSID is BLINK-XXXX (XXXX refers to the last 4 digits of the MAC address; on some router models, it is the last 6 digits). You can find the MAC address printed on the label at the bottom of the router.
If you have previously changed the Wi-Fi name, connect to the customized SSID instead.
Check the IP information obtained by your phone after connecting to the router.
For our brand’s routers, the network adapter must obtain an IP address in the segment 192.168.16.X to access the admin page at 192.168.16.1.
Close all browser tabs, completely exit the browser (terminate its background process), then relaunch the browser. Enter the router’s default gateway 192.168.16.1 in the address bar to open the admin page.
If you configure the router with a mobile phone and still fail to load the correct admin page after completing the above steps, temporarily disable cellular data and try again.
How to disable: Swipe down to open your phone’s quick settings panel and toggle off the mobile data switch.
Switch browsers: Test alternative browsers such as QQ Browser, 360 Mobile Browser, etc.
Switch login devices: Attempt to access the admin interface via another mobile phone or computer.
If login access remains unavailable after all the above troubleshooting steps, restore the router to factory default settings.
Wireless routers feature two types of reset hardware: a physical RESET button and a recessed RESET pinhole (marked RST or RST/WPS for short).
