Manufacturing Base Layout

Shenzhen R&D and Market Service Base

Located in a company-owned Grade-A office building in Shenzhen’s Guangming New District, this facility features fully enclosed R&D and testing laboratories and handles product definition, technical R&D, sales, and customer service functions.
 

Jiangxi Large-Scale Manufacturing Base

Located in Dingnan County, Ganzhou City, this facility comprises a garden-style industrial park spanning over 100,000 square meters. It includes a 10,000-square-meter automated production workshop and a logistics and warehousing center, serving as the hub for large-scale manufacturing operations.

Wireless Module Manufacturing

LB-LINK offers comprehensive wireless module manufacturing capabilities, covering product types such as Wi-Fi modules (Wi-Fi 4/5/6/7), Wi-Fi + Bluetooth combo modules, IoT modules, smart modules, and router modules, while supporting various package types and interfaces (e.g., LGA, M.2).

Core manufacturing capabilities include: 
  • miniaturization and high-density mounting (supporting precision SMT production for ultra-thin, ultra-compact modules); 
  • RF performance consistency (ensuring highly consistent RF performance across every module through automated calibration and testing); 
  • firmware programming and calibration (supporting large-scale automated firmware flashing and RF parameter calibration); 
  • and full-process traceability (enabling lifecycle production traceability from raw materials to finished products).

Networking Product Manufacturing

LB-LINK possesses comprehensive manufacturing capabilities for complete networking devices, covering a full range of products such as Wi-Fi routers, 4G/5G routers and CPEs, USB Wi-Fi adapters, PCIe network adapters, range extenders, and network accessories.

Quality Control System

Incoming Material Control

Establish a supplier evaluation system and strictly implement IQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspections and specialized checks for critical materials.

SMT Process

Monitor the entire process—including solder paste printing, placement accuracy, and reflow profiles—while strictly inspecting solder joint quality and PCBA appearance.

Module Testing

Perform automated firmware programming, RF calibration, and comprehensive Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functional testing to ensure module performance meets standards.

System-Level Testing

Fully verify interface functionality, network throughput, wireless coverage, stability, and all functional performance metrics.

Reliability Testing

Conduct burn-in tests, high/low-temperature cycling, long-duration continuous operation tests, and power-loss recovery tests.

Outgoing Quality

Enforce strict visual inspections, functional sampling, packaging integrity checks, and full-process batch traceability.
